No. Cage Fitness ™ is based on the training methods used by Mixed Martial Arts athletes.  Some techniques have been modified to create this fitness program. This is one of the best work-outs one can get, but also challenging and Fun!

  • I have never worked out before....Is Cage Fitness ™ for me?

Yes! Cage Fitness ™ allows everyone to go at their own pace.

  • What should I wear to class?

Wear comfortable loose fitting work out clothes and sneakers/tennis shoes. You may want to use bag gloves.

  • How long are the classes?

You will get Max. results in a short amount of time. 30 minutes!!!
